Dr Priya founded Karigai Dental in 2011 after eight years at a specialist implant clinic in Alwarpet. She wanted to build the kind of family dental practice her own parents had trusted growing up — one where the same dentist saw you across decades.
Since opening in Gerugambakkam, she has treated over 2,000 patients — many of them families she now sees across three generations.

Dr Arjun trained specifically in paediatric dentistry after realising, as a general dentist, that half the anxious adults he treated had bad childhood experiences to unlearn. He believes a good first dentist visit is the best cavity prevention there is.
He has treated over 3,500 children at Karigai Dental, ages 3 to 15, including many kids on the autism spectrum for whom he uses a slow-introduction protocol.

Dr Kavya joined Karigai Dental in 2023 to build the clinic's clear aligner practice. She treats adults, teens, and children with complex bite issues, and is certified by Invisalign, ClearPath, and 32Watts.
